Four steps

How the claim goes

Book a free inspection
  1. The inspection

Overhead view of a worn brown shingle roof with faded, patchy areas, two satellite dishes and a brick chimney

We get on the roof and walk every slope. We photograph and measure what an adjuster will want to see, from hail bruising down to flashing that’s started to lift.

And if there’s no claim worth filing, we’ll say so.

The inspection is free either way.
  2. Filing stays in your hands

In Texas, the company that repairs your roof can’t act as your claims adjuster.

So the claim stays yours to file. The difference is that you file it holding our photos and measurements instead of a guess.

    Yours

    • The claim, to file
    • The call on whether to file at all

    Ours

    • Photos and measurements
    • Someone to call at every step
    • At the adjuster’s visit, if you want us there
  3. When the adjuster comes

Your insurer sends their own adjuster. You’ll have our documentation to put beside theirs, and someone to call at every step.

If you want us at the visit, we’ll be there.

  4. The work itself

An approved claim gets the same roof every customer gets.

    1. Aerial view of a home dried in with synthetic underlayment, roofers working on the slopes, ladders against the eaves and wrapped shingle bundles staged along the ridges
      Tear off
    2. Aerial view of a stone home covered in synthetic underlayment, with wrapped shingle bundles staged along the ridges and roofers working across the slopes
      Dry in
    3. Aerial view looking down on a charcoal shingle roof, with a swimming pool and patio in the garden below and a lane running past the property
      Finish

    Clean up after.

    5year

    Five year workmanship warranty.

Should I file a claim before you look at the roof?

Have us look first.

If there’s no claim worth making, we’ll tell you that before you’ve filed anything.

The order is simple

  1. 01Inspect
  2. 02Document
  3. 03Decide

Hail damage is often invisible from the ground. On shingle it bruises the mat under the granules. On metal it dents but rarely breaks. Which one you have decides what the fix looks like, and neither can be judged from a driveway.
