Architectural shingle is built in layers, heavier and more dimensional than the old three tab strips.
But the shingle is only the part you can see. What decides how the roof ages is underneath it: the deck, the underlayment and the flashing, which is where we spend our attention.

How the job goes
We come and measure
On the roof, not from the curb. You get photographs of what we found and a written price that lists what the work covers.
You pick the shingle
Line and color, and it's your call. Shingle reads differently in Texas sun than it does on a chart, so take your time with it.
Tear off and dry in
Old roof off, deck checked and repaired where it needs it, then underlayment before any shingle goes on.
Shingles, then the cleanup
Shingles, ridge caps and flashing. Then we clean up after ourselves and leave the ground the way we found it.

Repair or replace?
It depends on what the roof has left in it. We'll get up there, photograph what we find, and tell you honestly which one you're looking at.
How long does a shingle roof last in Texas?
Sun and hail set the pace here, and no two roofs age the same. The free inspection tells you where yours actually is in its life.
Will insurance cover hail damage?
That depends on your policy and on what the hail actually did. Get us out first and we'll walk you through how the claim works before you file anything.
What is the warranty?
Five years on our workmanship. The shingle manufacturer warrants the material separately, on its own terms.
